We are delighted to announce that our Belvoir St Helens franchise won not one, but three awards at the recent Belvoir Annual Awards for 2021.
The Belvoir network comprises over 160 offices across the UK and each year the franchise holds its annual awards, usually at a prestigious hotel venue as part of a black tie dinner event, but due to current restrictions 2021 saw the event held as a Zoom conference call!
The Belvoir St Helens franchise is made up of the Belvoir offices in St Helens and Haydock and the JB&B Leach estate agency in St Helens town centre. The combination of the three branches, scooped the awards for Acquisition Award – Gold, Most Improved Office and Sales Office of the Year!
The acquisition of JB&B Leach in March 2020, just before the current pandemic, added a well established and highly reputable local brand as well as a strong sales and lettings team, to the existing Belvoir teams in St Helens and Haydock which has catapulted the franchise into the top 10 performing franchises across the entire UK network, culminating in winning the Sales Office of the Year award.
For a franchise based in a traditional former industrial town in the North West of England, where average property prices are significantly lower than some of Belvoir’s more affluent franchise areas in the South, this is a superb achievement and testament to the efforts the entire team across the three branch operation.
The team aren’t resting on their laurels and have already started a number of initiatives to grow the business and to expand their range of services to the local property market throughout 2021 and beyond.
