1. The promoter is Belvoir St Helens whose registered office is at 21 Hardshaw Street, St Helens, WA10 1RD.
2. The competition is open to residents of St Helens and surrounding area, aged 18 years or over except employees of Belvoir St Helens and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these
   terms and conditions.

6. The contest will be held on the following channels: Instagram & Facebook
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be
   disqualified.
8. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday, 16th January 2024. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries received after the closing date.

Prize rules:

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute
