Our staff are trained to the PropertyMark standard with our lettings leaders having achieved Distinctions in the level 3 examinations and the Managing Director with a level 4 qualification in Lettings and Property Management. Sadly, in an unregulated industry, many novices are allowed to trade, but here at Belvoir Stoke you can be confident that we are properly trained in all aspects of legal, regulatory and safety of rental houses. Lettings is not an easy business and no one can guarantee every tenancy will the problem-free. In 2022, our Managing Director was awarded the top prize in the national Propertymark Awards for the highest score nationwide in the level 4 examinations for Lettings and Property Management. This followed with a Belvoir Award in 2023 for Industry Recognition for her achievement as the first Belvoir franchisee to achieve the Propertymark award.
We have an online platform where repairs can be reported 24/7. It’s straightforward to use and allows tenants to upload photos/videos of the issue, which can help contractors to resolve the problem quicker. The system will also offer trouble-shooting tips if appropriate and enables us to deal with repairs more efficiently.
