Let Only

One month’s rent (plus VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy. For example, if the rent is £600 per calendar month, the let only fee would be £600 + VAT, being £720 (vat inclusive).

Letting and Rent Collection

Marketing fee of £375 + VAT (£450 inc VAT) plus 8% + VAT (9.6% inc VAT) monthly fee of the rental amount.

If you have multiple properties, we would be happy to negotiate lower rates to reflect the service needed. Please call us to arrange a meeting to discuss your portfolio.

Full Management

Marketing fee of £375 + VAT (£450 inc VAT) plus 10% + VAT (12% inc VAT) monthly fee of the rental amount. This is subject to a minimum monthly fee of £60 + VAT (£72 inc VAT) to maintain service levels to cover your landlord obligations
