One month’s rent (plus VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy. For example, if the rent is £600 per calendar month, the let only fee would be £600 + VAT, being £720 (vat inclusive).
Marketing fee of £375 + VAT (£450 inc VAT) plus 8% + VAT (9.6% inc VAT) monthly fee of the rental amount.
