Tenant Services in Stoke on Trent

Find the right home for you

At Belvoir Stoke-on-Trent, we believe that everyone deserves to live in a decent quality home, regardless of budget. Whether you are professionals looking for a premium house or someone on low income looking for affordable housing, we have a range of houses in our portfolio across the region to suit your needs.

We ensure all 360 degree virtual tours, accurate descriptions and floorplans on all advertising of our rental properties. You will find our properties advertised on Rightmove, On The Market, our official social media channels, our website and in our office. We also include our referencing criteria on our advertising and in the video below so that you can make an informed decision to book a viewing. We accompany you on all viewings and our staff have knowledge of the houses to answer your questions during viewings or by calling our office.

We conduct thorough referencing (including credit checks, right to rent checks, employers references and landlords references), which normally completes in 36 hours, so you can get a reply to your application quickly. We guide you through the move in process, ensuring there is a thorough photographic inventory during move-in that is agreed with you (if the landlord has authorised an inventory). This is to reduce any disputes over damage deductions upon leaving the property.

Your deposit is protected by the Deposit Protection Service. If you have any complaints, we have an internal complaints procedure as well as redress via the Property Ombudsman.

We comply with the strictest codes of conduct as part of the reputable Belvoir franchise network and members of the Safeagent Scheme (Safeagent).

There are no hidden fees. All our application fees are visible on this website.

If you have any maintenance or repair issues, we have a 24/7 online reporting system that allows you to accurately report the problem. That helps us send the report to a contractor faster and in turn for the contractor to diagnose the issue quicker.

To protect you and your family, we would recommend these three insurances:

  1. Tenants contents insurance to protect your belongings in the property from fire, theft, damage
  2. Tenants liability insurance to cover you for damage to the landlord’s property, fixtures and fittings. This will protect your deposit
  3. Income protection and critical illness cover, to protect yourself against loss of income due to illness, injury or even redundancy

For all these insurances, we have a trusted broker who can consult for you for free on what level of income protection would suit you and for what price.

Try us and see why many Belvoir tenants are happy to recommend us. Just read our excellent Google reviews.
