Belvoir Swansea are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer & Negotiator, to join our expanding Sales Department.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and customer service-orientated. Experience in this role is essential, as is a positive, can-do attitude.
Main responsibilities
- Dealing confidently with valuable Vendor and potential Vendor leads;
- Carrying out sales valuations, and winning business over our competition,
- Generating new business through effective monitoring of the local market and prospecting;
- All elements of property listing – including taking property photographs; producing property particulars and creative marketing;
- Dealing with buyer leads, carrying out viewings and negotiating offers to secure Property SSTC;
- Progressing sales from offer through to completion;
- Improving on all KPI’s and reporting on these weekly and monthly;
- Liaising with our partner agencies;
- Guiding our Vendors and Buyers through the Sales process in an informed manner, where customer service as at the forefront of what you do;
- Providing an informed service to our clients,
- Working to increase market share for the business
We are looking for someone who…
- Has at least two years of experience within this role – has experience in dealing with all of the elements listed above;
- Has experience in dealing with a wide range of Residential Sales and Clients, including 1st Time Buyers, Investors/Buy2Let, Auction & Probate
- Has excellent negotiation skills;
- Is looking for a new opportunity within a new and progressive company;
- Has a proven track record of converting business, hitting and over exceeding targets;
- Has the ability to multi task and is confident working under pressure when needed;
- Is comfortable and motivated to work independently towards their own goals, while maintaining a team ethos and working towards the team and business objectives;
- Takes pride in their work and consistently goes above and beyond for their clients;

- Salary £19000-£20000 + uncapped OTE (Min OTE £1800-£3600 per annum) + additional commission opportunities
