We’re delighted to announce the recent addition of several new team members to the Belvoir team, working across all three of our locations.
The new team members bring a wealth of property knowledge and experience to our Swansea, Sketty and Mumbles offices, and are already building invaluable relationships with sellers, buyers and landlords, as well as existing and prospective contract-holders.

Nadia Razouki, Property Manager (Sketty)
What’s your experience in the property industry?
I’ve been in property for about three to four years now. I started off in real estate in Swansea, then I moved to London and was working there for a real estate company, and then I moved back.
What do you love about your job?
I love the properties themselves! Dealing with different issues in relation to properties and the communication with people in general, that’s what I love about it.
Where’s your favourite place in Swansea to eat, grab a coffee, hang out or explore?
Anything to do with the beach; BBQs, activities, even if it’s in the rain, a nice walk in the rain is good for the mind.
Jacqui Blunt, Sales Negotiator (Sketty)
What’s your experience in the property industry?
I’ve worked in the property industry for 20 years with a number of different agents in the Swansea area.
What do you love about your job?
I love my job because you get to meet all different kinds of people. You never know who you’re going to meet at a viewing, I find it really exciting.
Where’s your favourite place in Swansea to eat, grab a coffee, hang out or explore?
I like Square Peg in Sketty, they do absolutely beautiful food and coffee.
Louise Davies, Sales Lister & Negotiator
What’s your experience in the property industry?
I’ve worked in the industry for over 25 years in various different roles like mortgage advisor, lister and manager.
What do you love about your job?
Dealing with vendors and purchasers and seeing them happy when they move into their new homes, and the relationships you build with your clients.
Where’s your favourite place in Swansea to eat, grab a coffee, hang out or explore?
I think my favourite place in Swansea would be Rhossili Bay, I love it there. I also like walking my dog in Clyne Woods, right through from Upper Killay to Sketty.
Chantelle Bailey, Property Manager (Mumbles)
What’s your experience in the property industry?
I have 12 years property management experience in Newport and Cardiff, I’ve only just moved here. I’m like a tourist here now!
What do you love about your job?
I like the people. You’ve got to like people in property management and every day is different.
Where’s your favourite place in Swansea to eat, grab a coffee, hang out or explore?
Every weekend I’m trying somewhere different. My favourite place at the moment is Three Cliffs Bay, I went there the other weekend and had a BBQ and a little picnic, and dogs are allowed so I can take my trustee sausage dog, Buddy, with us.
Urszula Figura, Sales Lister & Negotiator (Mumbles)
What’s your experience in the property industry?
I started off working as a lettings manager and now I’ve moved on to be a sales lister. I’ve had three years’ experience with lettings, and two months with sales.
What do you love about your job?
My favourite thing is meeting new clients and making people happy as well as helping people buy their dream home.
Where’s your favourite place in Swansea to eat, grab a coffee, hang out or explore?
My favourite place in Swansea is Caswell Bay, I love to go down to the beach for walks and coffees, and if the weather is right, go for a dip.
Mellissa Campbell, Lettings Negotiator (Swansea)
What’s your experience in the property industry?
I recently started with Belvoir a month ago as a lettings negotiator. Before that, I worked for another Swansea estate agents in sales for around 6 months, but I’ve always loved property.
What do you love about your job?
I’m a people person, so it’s nice interacting with people and finding good contract-holders for landlords. It’s really rewarding!
Where’s your favourite place in Swansea to eat, grab a coffee, hang out or explore?
Definitely the Marina, I love going for beach walks and around the Marina, especially on my lunch breaks. And there’s a few nice spots for food, like The Swigg who always have live bands and a lovely atmosphere.
