It was another fantastic year for Belvoir Swansea at The Negotiator Awards 2022, which took place at London’s spectacular Grosvenor House Hotel on Friday, 25th November.
We won silver in the ‘Welsh Agency of the Year’ category and were shortlisted for the ‘Community Award.’
With a total of 33 categories to enter, ranging from individual awards such as ‘Rising Star of the Year’ and business awards such as ‘New Agency of the Year’ and ‘Estate agency of the Year,’ it’s truly an honour to have been considered and selected for our chosen categories.
We’re delighted to have returned to this annual event, packed with outstanding property businesses from across the UK. A big congratulations to our hardworking and dedicated team, and of course to our landlords, tenants and vendors who continue to support our services.
The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s largest independent and inclusive awards for the residential property industry. Established for 14 years through its reputation and respect, each year estate and letting agents compete for these prestigious accolades, bringing credibility and confidence to their organisation.
