Managing the maintenance for a portfolio of properties ;
Tenancy renewals ;
renewing gas and electrical safety certificates ;
Liasing with tenants, landlords and maintenance contractors ;
Ensuring that repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner ;
Preparing properties ahead of move in and setting up tenancies ;
Managing check outs ;
Handling tenants deposit return and negotiating any deductions ;
General office administration ;
Dealing with new customers and clients over the telephone and face to face ;
Sourcing and vetting potential contractors ;
Managing tenants and landlords expectations ;
Conducting property inspections and drawing up reports (own car essential)
Skills Required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong skills in negotiation
Experience working in lettings would be ideal
Experience in vebra alto software
Proven experience in negotiating between two or more parties
Experience working in an office and customer facing environment
At Belvoir Swansea, due to expansion, we are looking at restructuring our existing departments and branches and as a result have an opportunity for somebody already working in lettings who is looking for a new challenge, or for someone without lettings experience but who has the right skill set to pick up the role quickly. You will be working within a team of property coordinators and based in either our Swansea or Mumbles office.
Hours are 9-530 Monday to Friday (working alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu)
Own car and liscence is essential
