Let Only:

One month’s rent, capped at £650.00 (Inclusive of vat) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.

Full Management:

A start up fee of £360.00 (Inclusive of vat) will be deducted from the 1st month rent received of every new Tenancy.The Inventory Fee and Tenancy preparation fee is included within the start up fee.

Landlords will pay a percentage including vat of the monthly rent,the percentage including vat varies depending on the property type and the volume of property. Maximum 14.4% Including Vat

Other Charges:

  • Duplicate Statements – £6.00 (Inclusive of vat) per copy provided.
  • Insurance claim handling fee – 12% (Inclusive of vat) of cost of works
  • Property finder’s fee – of 1.2% (Inclusive of vat) of Purchase price
  • Professional hourly rate – £42.00 (Inclusive of vat) per hour

Cancellation:

Where Full Management or Letting Only service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of 6% (Inclusive of vat) of the reminder of the duration will continue to be payable.

All cancellations outside of the fixed tenancy are subject to two month’s notice in writing.
