As a Lettings Co-ordinator, Helen’s primary responsibility is to manage all the property inspections. This includes booking them, notifying the tenants, visiting the properties, sending inspections reports to both the tenant and the landlords. Helen also attends property viewing appointments where required and liaises with the Property Manager with any maintenance issues arising from the inspections.
Helen cannot start the day without a Costa coffee and is the B&M queen - she loves a good blind cleat. Apart from this, Helen loves spending time walking her dog.
