Here at Belvoir Tadley and Hook we pride ourselves on providing a top level customer service experience for all our clients and this certainly includes our tenants. From the moment you first contact us through to the day you vacate the property you let via us our goal is to ensure that every element of the tenancy was handled professionally and in a friendly, easy to deal with manner.
We also pride ourselves on offering a top tier level of protection for our tenants by utilising and keeping up to date with current legislation and through our memberships to the Safeagent Scheme, The Property Ombudsman and Safeagent (details below):
SAFEAGENT is a mark denoting firms that protect money belonging to landlords and tenants through client money protection schemes.
Safeagent The Safeagent Scheme is an accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents. It offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined standards of service. It has in place the necessary insurances to protect clients’ money plus a customer complaints procedure offering independent redress.
DPS Tenancy deposit protection (TDP) schemes guarantee that tenants will get their deposits back at the end of a tenancy, if they meet the terms of the tenancy agreement and do not damage the property. Landlords must protect their tenants’ deposits using a TDP scheme if they have let the property on an assured shorthold tenancy (AST) which started on or after 6th April 2007.
