- Full advertising of the property on Belvoir and Rightmove websites, Signboards and the Belvoir office window
- Handling enquiries and arranging accompanied viewings
- Carrying out a detailed property inspection and production of a Inventory
- Organising Energy Performance Certificates, Gas and Electricity Safety Certificates if required
- Producing tenancy contracts
- Conducting Move in/outs: handover of keys, meter readings and dealing with utilities
- Registration of deposit with Deposit Protection Scheme
- Collection and tracking of rent payments and dealing with any non/late payment
- Regular property inspections and feedback reports to landlords including photographs if appropriate
- Coordinating maintenance issues with tenants and organising repairs (as instructed)

- Includes all the above except the management of the maintenance
