Every tenant applying for one of our properties must be fully referenced, the 3 main references are:
- Affordability
- Credit check
- Previous landlord reference
If you feel you won’t pass the referencing due to falling short on the affordability or have bad credit, please let us know because you may still be able to rent with us

We respond fast to all our enquiries. Appointments are made to suit you. We do not take multiple applications, we work on a first come first served basis providing we think you are suitable and that you tick the 3 main boxes to pass the referencing.
Pets are considered in some rental properties but there is an additional fee for pets.
Minimum 6 month tenancy, the tenancy rolls onto periodic after the fixed term but if you wish to renew you can for another 6 or 12 months providing the landlord is happy with everything. Tenancy agreements are prepared under the current legislation.
All tenants are provided with a detailed inventory which protects your deposit. Deposits are all lodged with the DPS until the end of tenancy for any dilapidations.
We inspect all our managed properties regularly.
Maintenance issues reported to the office are dealt with rapidly, we also have an out of hours phone number for tenants to contact out of hours if your property is fully managed. Please be aware if it is not an emergency you could be liable for the costs.
DSS is considered depending on the property and landlord. Guarantor is needed.
