I joined the Belvoir team in November 2019 as a Property Manager.
Throughout the last 20 years after returning to work after having my children,  my job roles have been customer focused, my first role was working for the civil service on reception as a senior team member,  I then returned to University to complete my CIPD in Human Resources, I  worked as a Human Resources Assistant for 7 years, this role involved establishing and maintaining personal records on databases, managing the recruitment & selection process and supporting all personnel correspondence of over 400 employees.
My role then changed to Operations Administrator which entailed dealing with internal and external clients alike, health & safety coordination, the smooth running of reception and the facilitation of the building.
The experience I drew from these roles were excellent communication skills, empathy, adaptability, taking responsibility and also to have patience and self-control, along with this to remain completely professional and confidential at all times. For me there is something so rewarding when helping people, that’s why I knew the role at Belvoir would be ideal for me, as I had the valuable skills required to assist tenants and landlords alike with integrity and understanding and to continue with the ethos that Belvoir aspires too.
For enjoyment I like to walk, play netball and enjoy spending time with my grandchildren. I regularly attend music concerts and I love travel abroad; I once gave chase to a robber who had held up our local bank and my name was in the local paper; he did get away but was later charged!!!
