One of our Landlords popped into the office a couple of years ago to advise she was shocked to find that after her tenants had moved out there were signs of a significant leak and some holes left in the walls.  She had been managing her property herself but, unfortunately, had not been undertaking regular inspections. She did not want to lose all involvement with her investment property, so Vanessa spoke to her about an option for a bespoke management service.  We agreed that we would collect the rent and undertake 6 monthly inspections to provide the peace of mind that rent would always be paid and provide a regular update on the condition of the property and any maintenance actions required.
