Tenant Find:
One month’s rent inclusive of VAT payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent
*If the monthly rental is £500 you will pay a fee of £500 inclusive of VAT.
We carry out viewings, take applications, credit & reference check, draw up and have the tenancy signed, take the tenant bond, arrange rent payment method. Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with NRL8 (if relevant)
Rent Collection:
On each change of tenant a fee of one months rent including VAT then 5% plus VAT (6% inclusive of VAT) of the received, deducted by the agent. We collect the rent and remit to landlords bank account net of our fees, pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions, make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with NRL8 (if relevant). Tenant find fee above applies and this service is only available if Belvoir have referenced the tenant or with individual agreement with the franchise owner.
Rent Collection & Inspection:
On each change of tenant a fee of one months rent including VAT then 7.5% plus VAT (9% inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent. Plus we will provide the tenant with a property inventory, lodge the tenant bond with The Deposit Protection Service, carry out regular inspections of the property and provide the landlord with a written report, carry out a move out inspection on behalf of the landlord at the end of the tenancy. Tenant find fee above applies and this service is only available if Belvoir have referenced the tenant or with specific agreement with the franchise owner.
Full Management:
On each change of tenant a fee of £450.00 plus vat i.e. £540.00 inc VAT. Then a monthly charge 11% excluding vat 13.2% inclusive of VAT of the rent received, deducted by the Agent
If the monthly rental is £500 you will pay a fee of £66 inclusive of VAT.
