Come the end of the tax year as landlords we have to complete the annual tax returns for good old HMRC or we ask accountants to complete this for us.
For landlords who use our full management or rent collection services we can provide a report which shows all income and expenditure over a year that has gone through our books.
So all rental income and any invoices we have settled for you as a landlord including our own costs.
It will condense the twelve statements (or perhaps more) down to a couple of pages of key information. We normally run these reports from tax year to tax year, but are happy to do this if required for another period of time.
