Okay so this one comes with a strict no Pets Policy it would seem but this ex council property in Hillingdon could be a reasonable long term investment. Ashdown Road is just off Long Lane, very close to this office – it’s located near the shops on Crescent Parade which are opposite where the BP garage is on the Uxbridge Road.
So transport connections are good, with the A40 is not far away and Hilingdon Tube is 1.2 miles down the hill in the morning (get the bus). The space is good and the location is good.
Let at £825pcm, as the agent says the yield would be 5.6%. This one could well be worth investigating.
Zoopla states that Hillingdon prices went up by 6% over the last year compared to 5.4% in West Drayton (although I think both these figures are too low).
