I like Clarkes Drive. Handy for so many places, Brunel University, Hillingdon Hospital and it’s not so far from Uxbridge or West Drayton. Parking is good and the area is quite nice, just off Royal Lane which is one of my three favourite Buy To Let areas in Hillingdon…. more on those another time.
This one bed on the market with Arron James is going for £199,950. The have stated that the property is in need of modernisation but in good decorative order the property should let for circa £900pcm which would mean a gross yield of 5.4%.
The area remains popular with tenants and this should be a strong long term buy to let investment.
