This is the road between Uxbridge Road and Harlington Road. So good proximity to key road and bus services. Although the nearest station is probably West Drayton around 1.5 miles away.
There was a nice one bed maisonette on the market in September where the asking price was £200,000. Houses are normally sold at a premium of around £70,000 on two bed flats so £40,000 over a one bed flat is in line with expectations.
I would expect the property to let for at least £900pcm which would make the gross yield 4.5% on this property. You don’t tend to get a premium on the let for houses over flats in the one bed market.
