Juniper Way is on the market for £189,950. As far was landlords are concerned there is local competition from nice one beds in Varcoe Gardens which often see rents of £1,000pcm which shows the standard to aim for. An older property with a standard finish will let for £925-£950pcm.
This would make for a yield at £950pcm of 6%. A decent return in this climate. No internal photos taken so I would assume work to be done!
With a decent main bedroom and a study (the room is not large enough to be a bedroom) the property should offer options to potential tenants which will increase demand.
