A little to the north of the A40 is Harefield which is still a rural feeling location but still within the M25. There is a main line station about a mile away at Denham so in walking distance and there is parking available outside the property for drivers. But this location is further from the tube of course, than we normally seeing, the nearest being West Ruislip about 2½ miles away.
The property I am looking at today is in Peerless Drive, Harefield. The price is £169,950 which looks good value compared to Uxbridge and West Drayton. However rent is also a little lower (not too far away though). One beds in Peerless Drive and there has been a healthy amount of them, have advertised for between £750pcm and £900pcm making £825 the average and £800pcm the most popular price. At £800pcm the gross yield would be 5.6%,
The property should be ready to let on completion and should make a good buy to let investment in an area that is pleasant to live in and still in striking distance of work in West London or the Thames Valley.
Some people but property with a view to getting their children onto the property market in the future – giving them a hand. This strikes me as a possible contender on that front give the rural location and location close to key employment.
Belvoir Uxbridge don’t sell property, we are lettings specialists, but we do guide people based on our experience as to what might make a good buy to let property investment in the Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Hayes and West Drayton area. We don’t charge for this service but we would like to manage your property or help you find great tenants.
