Ever keen on a property bargain I spotted this two bedroom flat in Yeading. It is up for auction with Savills on the 16th Feb 2016. It carries a guide price of £190,000 and has 139 years left on the lease which is healthy.
Just as an aside I came across this flat near Uxbridge with the kind of issue you have if you don’t or can’t extend the lease on a flat…. a massive lease extension cost and a heavily devalued price.
With auction completions on the day I figure they will be more popular as the stamp duty deadline looms on the 1st April 2016.
I would expect a nice flat in Yeading with two bedrooms to let for circa £1,200pcm which would make for a yield of 7.6% if you do manage to make the purchase at the level offered.
