I would be hoping for a couple of hundred pounds per month more from this property whilst still being fairly cautious. £1,400pcm would net a 5% yield. The key would be letting to four rather than three tenants.
So an interesting investment in student from what looks to be a nicely decorated property. But will the property stand up to a closer viewing?
