Cameron’s have the property on the market for OIEO £145,000 and estimate it will let for £875pcm. To be conservative I would use a figure of £825pcm to make sure that the numbers worked for me. Always willing to try the market at a higher level but best to be prudent when projecting income.
£825pcm makes for a yield of 6.8%. Pretty good again from RMH.
Rabbs Mill House One Bed – Bedroom
The flat looks decorated and tidy which always helps turn the property around quickly. I prefer neutral decorations as they have wider appeal, but a splash of colour well done can add to a property.
