I have written about Parkwest a few times. Nice location half a mile as the crow flies from West Drayton station, which is easy to get to along the Warwick Road entrance (Crossrail 2019). This property is on the market at £210,000.
A few years older now Parkwest property looks reasonable value compared to other new builds in the area.
One bedroom property is on the market at Parkwest for between £1,150pcm and £1,250pcm. At £1,200pcm is a high yield of 6.8%. This is to account for the high service charges, which I understand are circa £1,600pa. £1,200pcm is a premium rent for a one bed so the property must be in tip top condition when presented to the market.
