Recently listed with a West Drayton agent is this one bedroom flat. As ever we are not selling this property – just happy to discuss it’s merits with buy to let investors who may not know the area.
The property is about half a mile from the West Drayton station so certainly in the Crossrail catchment area and, whilst not the largest one bedroom flat, it’s up for a sensible price with offers over £175,000. Which it will get.
The first floor flat should let for circa £850pcm, perhaps more in good condition. At £180,000 that would make for a yield of 5.7% which is reasonable and better than an average one bed in West Drayton. Some cosmetic work may be needed which a viewing would help you decide upon.
As I mentioned in my post from Saturday, the average one bed yield in West Drayton is around 5.3%.
I would say this property is worth viewing at the least.
