The price the property is offered for here is at the upper end of what I would want to pay for a studio in the area at the moment and so I would expect a good lease length and little or no work to be done for my money.
No comment on the lease length in the advert, so that would be my first question.
The second point is condition. The condition of the property looks good and I would want it to be ready to let as soon as I took possession to minimise void times.
The location of Lowdell Close is strong being close to West Drayton Station, Hillingdon Hospital, Brunel University and a short drive to Heathrow, Uxbridge and Stockley Park.
Worth a look and some negotiating.
