On the market is this two bedroom terraced house close to Brunel. Ratcliffe Close is just off Cleveland Road, which runs through the middle of the campus. So run the tenancy’s August to August or September to September and you should have a nice source of tenants from Brunel each year. I am thinking you would let to a couple of sharers each year.
The property is on the market at £264,950. It features two double rooms and a garden although it does need bringing up to standard in the bathroom and kitchen to name two of the more costly areas! Nice examples of two bed terraced houses rent for £1150pcn, which would make for a yield of 5.2%.
The last equivalent property on Ratcliffe sold for £275,000 last June. But was in better condition than this example. Altogether this looks like a fair property.
