On the market being sold by the via House Simple is this two bedroom flat on Thorney Mill Road in West Drayton. The flat is located on Waterford House and we have let similar in the past.
The price asked is £349,950 and this one has been on the market for a while, since August last year. To some people that might mean others have rejected it and so they aren’t interest but I would not reject a property just because someone else is not interested. You have a take a realistic view and compare to similar on the market.
This does look to be in excellent condition but I have not viewed personally so please do your research.
Waterford House is a lovely mill conversion in picturesque surrounds. It’s a good walk from the station but still close to Heathrow and my tenants who live at Waterford have often been employed at Heathrow in some way.
