So we can agree the location is great. One drawback however is parking on the road. I went to look at the location today and the road is congested during the day. A case for residents parking measures in the street were I a resident!
What price would this property let for? At £1,100 pcm the property would generate a gross yield of 6%.
I really don’t expect it to be on the market for very long!
