I’ve long been a fan of property to let off Royal Lane and Clarkes Drive is a prime candidate. Royal Lane is fairly long, near the top you are closer to Brunel University and Hillingdon Hospital. To the south with areas like Ryland Close and Lowdell Close you are that much close to West Drayton and the station there. All good draws for tenants.
Studios are an underrepresented housing type in Uxbridge and those that come onto the sales and rental market tend to sell or let fairly quickly. This one is Clarkes Drive being a good example.
