We are always working to improve the business and I am a great believer in the power of many small improvements being as important as single large changes. As long as you keep making them and there is not some seismic change in the market!
To this end we are going to be producing floor plans for all rental property going forward. There is no charge to landlords for this but we hope it will help let the property to the right tenants and avoid viewings where the applicants find bedroom number two too small for example. Rightmove extols of the virtues of floorplans because they attract more interest than property without. They are more commonly available in sales than lettings. Although as I am now a Floorplan follower, Zoopla is better at displaying them than dear old RM.
So last week I went to the first property where I wanted to produce a floor plan. It took me a few moments to work out why the cat was dancing around so chaotically. Of course it loved the laser on the distance measurer I used! Not being a cat owner I was amazed at our felines reaction – it’s not just on Youtube videos!
