This is one of the questions I am often asked by landlords looking to invest in rental property in the area. They have saving and are looking for a regular return and capital growth from property.
I’ve recently worked with a couple looking to make an investment in Uxbridge property, we met up initially for about an hour and later attended viewings together and discussed the merits of different property and the likely rent. After they selected and purchased a property we worked on marketing the property and found them a tenant.
