A tricky sale with a lot of hurdles to overcome, but with clear communication between all parties involved and an understanding of the end goal, we all managed to get the sale over the line.

Steven needed to sell his mum’s property quickly and efficiently as soon as possible as the proceeds of the sale were going to his mother’s care. Steven’s priority was to find an estate agent that would give a full 360 approach and fully communicate with him and his solicitors. He also wanted to find the right buyer for his mums’ property.

Steven called Belvoir Estate Agents in Warrington and spoke with Craig on the sales team.

He discussed his unique situation and the need to find an Estate Agent that would be able to communicate effectively with himself and his solicitors and an Estate Agent that would work tirelessly to find the right buyer for his mums’ property.

He explained that this was his family home and was very reluctant and very attached to the property and wanted someone who would look after the property and appreciate the love his mum had put into it.

The Clients Objective

The client’s objective was to find the right buyer for the property in the quickest time possible.

We found a lovely young couple, whom were first time buyers, just starting out on their property journey. They fell in love with the property and really liked that it had been a family home for many years.

Our Solution

Craig explained that if Steven decided to sell with Belvoir Warrington, then he would get an individual sales consultant who he would deal with throughout the whole journey and he would be added into a property WhatsApp group where he could liaise with his sales consultant whenever he needed to. We also explained that we would work with him to find the best purchaser for his mother’s property.

What did it mean to the owners?

It meant that Steven could be reassured that everyone involved in the transaction, himself, his solicitors and his mother’s care givers would be kept up to date on the progress of the sale at all times and also his mother could be happy that the people purchasing her property would continue to make happy memories in the family home.
