Jacquie and Terry needed to sell their home, so they contacted the sales team at Belvoir Estate Agents in Warrington looking for an honest and reliable Estate Agency who could sell their property quickly and efficiently as they had already found the property of their dreams.

The vendors of this property had already seen the property they were hoping to purchase, the only problem is they hadn’t put their property onto the open market yet.
They wanted to price the property correctly and wanted their property sold quickly and efficiently in the hope that they could purchase the property they had fallen in love with and even joked it would be great if we could sell it within a day…. (Little did we know this is exactly what we achieved) They stated they were hoping they could find an estate agent that would help secure a quick sale, be very transparent about the whole process and most important … communication was key!!

They also had a personable and knowledgeable sales consultant from start to finish, who knew what was happening with the sale of their property at any given time.
This helped a lot during the legal process as there was unfortunately a lot of challenges a long, the way, but with the regular updates via WhatsApp, emails, and constant chasing form Craig we managed to get there in the end.
Best of all it meant they managed to move into their dream home!
