1 months’ rent plus vat, with a minimum of £600 + VAT (£720 Inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent.

Charges

  • Annual deposit dispute Charge: £30 + VAT (£36 Inclusive of VAT).
  • Insurance claim handling fee: 10% + VAT (12% Inclusive of VAT) of cost of works before VAT.
  • Re-signing fee, Negotiating & Addenda Change of sharer fee: £75 + VAT (£90 Inclusive of VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant.
  • Checkout fee: £75 (£90 inclusive of VAT).
  • Serving section 21, section 8: £75 (£90 inclusive of VAT).
  • Rent Review service fee and serving Section 13: £75 (£90 inclusive of VAT) plus tribunal charge of £50 per hour plus vat (£60 Inclusive of VAT) per hour.
  • Court Documentation preparation and court appearance for non-rent guarantee properties: £75 (£90 inclusive of VAT) plus tribunal charge of £50 per hour plus vat (£60 Inclusive of VAT) per hour.
  • Transfer of Deposit from DPS to DPS: £25 (£30 Inclusive of VAT) (This only applies to Managed properties).
  • Professional Hourly Rate Director/Manager: £50 per hour plus vat (£60 Inclusive of VAT) per hour.
  • Professional Hourly Rate Team Member: £30 per hour plus vat (£36 Inclusive of VAT) per hour.
  • Topping up meters: £30 (£36 Inclusive of VAT) plus the costs of topping up the meters.
  • Key cutting: Cost of keys plus £10 plus vat (£12 inclusive of vat) admin fee on top of the cost of the keys.

Statements & Banking

  • Annual Statement of income & expenditure: £20 plus vat (£24 inclusive of vat).
  • Same day payment fee to Landlord: £10 plus vat (£12 inclusive of vat).
  • Non UK bank charge: £15 plus vat (£18 inclusive of vat).

Cancellation

Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any fixed extensions, or periodic stages) a fee of £400 + VAT (£480 Inclusive of VAT) will continue to be payable. We will require at least one tenancy month’s notice.

A withdrawal fee of £75 + VAT (£90 Inclusive of VAT) will be charged in the event of a let being agreed verbally but prior to the tenancy agreement being signed. The withdrawal fee is to cover the costs incurred by the agent in obtaining references, attending viewings and travel expenses.

Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT.

Commissions

We may also receive commissions from, Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others.
