Owner's Thoughts'

I jumped at the chance to own this attractive corner plot property when it last came onto the market in 2008. I ticked all the boxes “ East/South/West aspect low maintenance home, on a neighbourly road overlooking Digswell (great sunrises from the main bedroom window!), bright and airy rooms flooded with natural light, the ability to come home from work knowing that I can park on my drive, a garden which is not overlooked, and all within walking distance of Welwyn village. This was too good a chance to turn down. There a plenty of great walks through countryside which is practically on the doorstep. Welwyn village offers great pubs, restaurants, shops, doctors, dentists, and schools. Access to buses and the A1(M) is very easy and London King Cross is a convenient train ride away. What more could you want.
