Find Out Your Notice Period

You should have an Agency Agreement with your existing agent which sets out the term of your agreement and the notice that you ae required to provide to end the agreement.  This will vary from agent to agent but in most instances, it should be a relatively straightforward process to give notice.  If you are in any doubt about how and when to do this, then send us a copy of your paperwork and we’ll be more than happy to give you some honest and transparent advice on the most appropriate course of action.

Arrange a Visit from our Valuer

If your property hasn’t sold with your existing agent then there might be some genuine reason with how or where it is being marketed.  Our Valuer can look at your existing marketing particulars and provide you with some recommendations on asking price, presentation and any other factors that they might feel would improve your chances of achieving a sale at the best possible price.

Complete our Paperwork

Our valuer will agree any revisions to your asking price and provide you with full and transparent details of our fees before arranging for our sales team to send you our agency agreement documentation which can be optionally completed by e-signature online, speeding up the entire process.

Refresh your Marketing

We’ll arrange for a full new set of marketing particulars including professional photography, floorplans and, where appropriate, HD video and social media presentations so that you property is marketed as a “new” listing which will automatically alert all potential buyers registered with both us and the major property portals that your property has been re-launched on the market.

Receive Excellent Service

We’ll provide you with the very best service on all aspects of the sales journey all the way through to completion, keeping you regularly informed and updated, with sales reviews and conveyancing updates from our team that we firmly believe is the very best in the business.

Under the Terms of the Estate Agency Act 1979, we are obliged to inform you that if you are currently bound by the terms of a sole agency agreement, then you should consider the terms of that agreement before appointing another agent, as there could be a liability for double commission.
