Belvoir Estate Agents & Lettings Agents are extremely proud of their Lettings Negotiator Alex Round, Alex is a local lad from Wednesfield and has always been into his boxing, he has spent many months training hard to fight in the ring, many morning before work and after work Alex would go on a run around Wednesfield, be at the gym in Falling Park or at the club in Bushbury and on the 23rd March 2019 the time came when he had to get in the ring. Alex made everyone proud and of course won, we cannot wait to see him in the next fight, keep up the good work Alex.

Friends of Essington

Belvoir Estate Agents & Lettings Agents Wolverhampton are thrilled to sponsor the ‘Friends of Essington’ calendar for the fourth consecutive year, the calendar is distributed around Essington Village and sold at Essington Newsagent, St Johns CE Primary School Essington, Day to Day on Wolverhampton Road, Essington and Essington Farm, people in surrounding areas are more than welcome to buy a copy we love to see the ‘friends of Essington’ calendar when we go round people’s houses whether it be in Essington, Ashmore Park, Coppice Farm or Wednesfield.

Santa has visited Belvoir Estate Agents & Letting Agents

Our office being situated in the middle of Queen Square, Wolverhampton it is brilliant, we have many tenants, landlords, vendors and purchaser come in to see us. We also see many events held within the city and this Christmas when the lights were switched on Belvoir Estate Agents & Letting Agents Wolverhampton turned their office into Santa’s Grotto.

That’s right the team at Belvoir Estate Agents & Letting Agents put away their computers for one afternoon and filled the office up with toys and people from across the city including Essington, Wednesfield, Coven, Oxley, Pendeford, Chapel Ash, Castle Croft, Tettenhall, Tettenhall Wood, Billbrook, Featherstone and Willenhall came to see us and Santa, the children write a letter to Santa and received a free present, fingers crossed he comes too see us again next year.

Macmillan Coffee Morning

Mary Berry eat your heart out, the team at Belvoir Estate Agents & Lettings Agents have for one morning taken off their sales, lettings and property management caps off and swapped these for bakers hats, that’s right we welcomed people from all over Wolverhampton whether it be Tettenhall, Codsall, Billbrook, Essington, Ashmore Park, Featherstone, Wednesfield, Willenhall, Coven, Perton or Pattingham, in fact anyone in or around Wolverhampton City were welcome to join us in our office for both homemade and shop brought cakes to raise money for this worthy charity, it was the perfect event for us, plenty of coffee, cakes and the all-important chat, and we do love talk.

Brave that shave

We may have not been brave enough to do this ourselves, but Belvoir Estate Agents & Lettings Agents were thrilled to donate to Debbie Cole who bravely shaved her hair for Macmillan Cancer Support, she was extremely brave and its lovely to see nice people do good things for others.

Charity Golf Day

The team at Belvoir Estate Agents & Letting Agents put on a charity golf day at Calderfields Golf & Country Club, this is one of many charity events the team have done, while there they had charity auctions, raffles and collected money for the Church Extension in Essington.

They were thrilled to be supporting the local Church that has many people attend from Essington, Wednesfield, Coppice Farm, Ashmore Park and Featherstone, the Church has been trying to complete the extension for a number of years and all money donated helps, Belvoir Estate Agents & Lettings Agents were thrilled to have a raised over £2000 pounds.

St Johns School Summer Fate in Essington

Belvoir Estate Agents & Letting Agents were thrilled to attend St Johns School in Essington, its particularly close to the Lettings Directors heart as St Johns CE Primary School in Essington was the School Michael attended when he was younger.

At the fate the team at Belvoir Estate Agent & Letting Agents filled two if there corporately livered mini they used for viewings around Wednesfield, Featherstone, Willenhall, Codsall, Coven and of course Essington with branded balloons and the challenge was to guess how many balloons were in the mini, any money raised was given to charity.
