How to Report a Maintenance Issue

All maintenance should be reported via the link below.

Please refer to the manual you were sent with your inventory.

Its an easy step by step process and you will be able to see the status of your request.

 

If you have an emergency out of hours:

Firstly, ensure it is a true emergency and not something that can be resolved during usual office hours

An emergency is something unforeseen and that would cause serious detrimental effects to the occupants or property. For example: fire, severe flood or gas leak

  • Leaking water/pipes – TURN OFF YOUR WATER, place a bowl under and add to maintenance site
  • Smell gas? CO Monitor sounding? ring Transco on 0800 111 999 -Send email to let us know what has happened
  • Electrical emergency?  Then turn the consumer unit off and log on maintenance site
  • Blocked or leaking pipes? Turn water off and log on maintenance site
  • Lose or forget your keys? – LockFix locksmith on 01904 623108
  • Break in or burglary -police on 101 or 999 if in danger
